Deep sea and bass Fishing
Mazatlán
is also known to be the bill fish capital of the world, where Sail fish, stripped marlin,
Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Swordfish, Dorado, Bonita, Yellowfin Tuna, Rooster fish and
Grouper are abundant.
For Bass fishing, Lake El Salto, just an hour drive north of Mazatlán, has a world wide
reputation for it´s catches and is a preferred site from fishermen all over northern
México.
